Celebrating World book Day!

The children and staff at Harriers have been celebrating “World Book Day®” in style! The day started with our first whole school assembly for nearly two years. Harry Potter (aka Mr Sherington) performed real spells and showed us the magic of being able to read. We then danced and pranced our way along the catwalk sharing our wonderful costumes. During the day, classes will be compiling their own books based around a shared story called “Something about a Bear” by Jackie Morris. We shall also be producing a whole school artwork display of our favourite books and their covers.
